Nanogagliato Kitchen Lab + Cooking Classes

Cindy Swain, sommelier and food blogger of Italicana Kitchen, is planning a series of cooking classes and food-based initiatives to introduce Nanogagliato guests to the delicious Calabrian cuisine. Guests will have the opportunity to spend time with locals and learn about artisanal products and traditional recipes through interactive classes that end with a tasty meal to be shared together around the table.
